Customer Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

• No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

Patika 4WD Nature Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns or operational reasons.

In such cases:

• customers may choose another available date, or

• receive a full refund.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
